11-15 May 2009 - IBIS Institute:
Geared toward individuals who have recently assumed responsibility for their organization's international employee benefits programs, this track is a training course that gives attendees the core knowledge and skills they need to address each international benefits challenge as it arises.  The curriculum will add to the participant's knowledge base, enhance existing skills, and help develop tools and strategies for managing international employee benefit plans - including benefits plan design, financing, legislative compliance, and a discussion of how to improve existing programs.

13-15 May 2009 - IBIS Conference:
The IBIS Conference track, held in Europe for the past 38 years, brings together a wide range of industry professionals and pension regulators to share their expertise before an international audience of global benefits managers, HR professionals, risk managers, and directors and CEO’s of multinational companies. 

IBIS Academy offers an excellent chance to network, meet other industry professionals, and confer with a culturally and professionally diverse, international group.  This year, we are fortunate to include the American Benefits Council, which has chosen to hold its annual meeting alongside IBIS Academy.
